 We participate in a pen pal
project with our Petway Pen Pals. Throughout the year we exchange letters
with another second grade class at Petway School. We practice our
penmanship, letter writing skills, sentence structure and grammar, as well
as getting to know students and make friends with someone at another
school. At the end of the year we have even held a Pen Pal Picnic where
we had the chance to meet our pen pals face-to-face!
